We put a huge priority on Children and families here at The Bridge. Our children’s ministry is called “Bridge Kids” and we focus on teaching God’s word in a way they can understand. We make it fun too! When your kids come to Church, they come excited–ready to learn about God, meet other kids, and have fun!
What to Expect on a Sunday Morning at Bridge Kids
You will check your child/children in at the Bridge Kids desk, and then head into the auditorium for the main service. Our check in service is state of the art, and you will get a printed name badge, along with other contact and security information. Children’s ministry volunteers and staff will be there to help you through the process. If it is your first time, you can take a tour of our children’s ministry classes and worship area. This is a great opportunity for the teachers to tell you about the curriculum, crafts, games, etc that your child/children will participate in. If your child/children want to stay with you during the service that’s okay too! We are here to serve the needs of your family.
Bridge Kids Worship Too!
The children’s ministry is divided up into age specific groups. There is a nursery for kids 0-3, a younger class for kids 4-7, and an older kids class for 8-12. Our Jr. High and High School group “Core” meets on another day of the week.
During the Bridge Kids worship service kids will:
- Worship. The kids have a time of Children worship. Sometimes the older kids class will join the adults for worship.
- Age appropriate Bible lesson. Children are taught in a way that they can understand and apply God’s word.
- Crafts. There is a great craft the kids make every week!
- Games. Always lots of fun at Bridge Kids.
After the adult service is over, please check your child/children out. Be sure to bring your printed tag with you!
Please note that there is constant contact and communication between our two venues and we are here to serve you.
